PTFE molded sheet carbon filled conductive plate

Jul 21,2026

By:Amptfe

Pure PTFE material has ultra-high insulation resistance and excellent insulation performance, which is suitable for electrical insulation scenarios, but it is prone to static accumulation in friction and high-speed operation environments, resulting in static electricity adsorption, dust accumulation, and even static discharge spark hazards in flammable and explosive environments. In petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electronic precision manufacturing and flammable gas industries, anti-static and conductive functional materials are urgently needed to eliminate static hazards. PTFE molded sheet carbon filled conductive plate is a functional composite PTFE plate modified by high-purity carbon powder and carbon fiber filling, which realizes stable conductive and anti-static performance while retaining PTFE’s anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistance PTFE SHEET.

The product adopts high-purity conductive carbon filler with excellent electrical conductivity and stable performance. Through professional high-speed dispersion and uniform mixing technology, the carbon filler forms a continuous conductive network inside the PTFE matrix, realizing uniform and stable surface and internal conductivity of the molded plate. By adjusting the carbon filling ratio, the material can achieve precise resistance control, meeting the anti-static requirements of different industrial scenarios. Compared with ordinary anti-static plastic plates, carbon-filled conductive PTFE plates have more stable conductive performance, no attenuation after long-term use, and will not fail due to temperature change and friction wear.

Carbon-filled conductive PTFE molded plates inherit the excellent environmental adaptability of PTFE materials. They have outstanding chemical inertness, can resist the corrosion of various chemical media such as oil, acid and alkali, and are suitable for harsh chemical industrial environments. The material can work stably in the temperature range of -200°C to 260°C, with stable conductive performance at high and low temperatures, no resistance drift and no functional failure. It retains good wear resistance and anti-stick performance, avoiding material surface adhesion and friction damage during equipment operation. In addition, the integral compression molding process ensures compact internal structure, uniform performance and no local conductive failure.

In industrial supporting applications, carbon-filled conductive plates are used in combination with PTFE TUBE conductive accessories to form a complete anti-static and conductive protection system. They are widely used in petrochemical pipeline anti-static lining, pharmaceutical dust-free workshop equipment base plates, electronic component anti-static packaging plates, flammable and explosive equipment isolation plates and high-speed friction anti-static structural parts. The stable conductive performance can quickly export accumulated static electricity, eliminate static discharge hazards, and ensure the safety and stability of production and operation in special industrial environments.

With the improvement of industrial safety production standards, static protection has become an important part of special industrial production safety. Traditional anti-static materials have defects such as poor temperature resistance, easy corrosion and unstable conductive performance. Carbon-filled conductive PTFE plates perfectly solve these industry pain points, combining anti-static safety performance with PTFE’s extreme environmental adaptability. They have become core functional materials in flammable, explosive, dust-free and anti-static industrial scenarios, providing reliable safety guarantees for special industrial production.
