PTFE molded sheet bronze filled wear resistant

In heavy-duty mechanical operation, high-load friction and high-temperature continuous working conditions, ordinary pure PTFE and glass-filled PTFE materials have insufficient wear resistance and low thermal conductivity, which are prone to rapid wear, heat accumulation and structural failure during long-term friction operation. Bronze powder has the advantages of high hardness, excellent thermal conductivity and strong wear resistance, which is an ideal high-performance filler for modified PTFE materials. PTFE molded sheet bronze filled wear resistant plate is a high-strength wear-resistant composite plate formed by adding high-purity bronze powder into PTFE resin, through uniform mixing, high-pressure compression molding and high-temperature sintering, which is specially developed for heavy-load friction industrial scenarios PTFE SHEET.

The high-purity bronze filler is evenly distributed in the PTFE molecular structure, forming a rigid wear-resistant framework inside the material. Compared with pure PTFE plates, the wear resistance of bronze-filled molded plates is increased by more than 5 times, and the compression resistance and mechanical hardness are significantly improved, which can withstand long-term high-load friction and mechanical impact. At the same time, the excellent thermal conductivity of bronze powder quickly conducts and dissipates the friction heat generated during equipment operation, avoiding heat accumulation inside the material, effectively solving the problem of thermal aging and wear acceleration of PTFE materials under high-temperature friction conditions.

This modified wear-resistant plate retains the excellent chemical corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of PTFE matrix materials. It can resist the erosion of industrial oil, weak acid, weak alkali and conventional organic media, and is suitable for mechanical equipment working in industrial lubrication and chemical auxiliary environments. The material maintains stable working performance in the range of -200°C to 260°C, and will not soften or deform under high-temperature friction conditions. It has good friction matching performance, will not cause wear and damage to matching metal parts, and can form a stable self-lubricating friction pair with mechanical components.

In practical industrial applications, bronze-filled wear-resistant PTFE molded sheets are often matched with PTFE TUBE wear-resistant parts to form heavy-duty self-lubricating and wear-resistant mechanical systems. They are widely used in engineering machinery friction gaskets, hydraulic equipment wear-resistant lining plates, high-speed operating mechanical sliding parts, metallurgical equipment high-temperature friction components and heavy-duty bearing isolation gaskets. In long-term continuous friction and high-load working scenarios, the product can effectively reduce mechanical wear, reduce equipment friction resistance, improve mechanical operation efficiency, and greatly extend the service life of mechanical components.

Heavy-duty mechanical equipment has extremely strict requirements on the wear resistance, thermal conductivity and structural stability of friction materials. Traditional wear-resistant materials such as rubber and ordinary plastic plates are difficult to adapt to high-temperature and high-load friction working conditions. Bronze-filled wear-resistant PTFE molded plates perfectly integrate PTFE’s self-lubricating and anti-corrosion advantages with bronze’s high wear resistance and high thermal conductivity, becoming the optimal material for heavy-duty industrial friction parts. It provides durable and stable material support for the long-term high-efficiency operation of heavy industrial machinery and equipment.
