PTFE molded sheet machinable molded block

Special-shaped PTFE structural parts, precision mechanical accessories and non-standard insulation components cannot be produced by conventional fixed-size plate cutting, and need to be processed through integral milling, drilling, turning and other mechanical processing. Ordinary PTFE plates have loose local structure, poor machinability, and are prone to burrs, chipping and deformation during precision processing, resulting in low product qualification rate. PTFE molded sheet machinable molded block is a high-density integral PTFE block material specially optimized for mechanical processing, with uniform internal structure, stable performance and excellent precision machinability PTFE SHEET.

Machinable PTFE molded blocks adopt high-purity virgin PTFE resin and high-pressure integral compression molding process. Through precise pressure control and gradient sintering technology, the internal molecular structure of the block is compact and uniform, without pores, gaps and loose layers. The overall structural rigidity is high, and the material has good cutting resistance and processing stability. During precision mechanical processing such as fine turning, milling, grooving and hole opening, the material will not have chipping, edge collapse, burr adhesion and elastic deformation, which can perfectly restore the processing size and shape, and meet the manufacturing requirements of various non-standard special-shaped PTFE parts.

The machinable molded block completely retains the excellent comprehensive performance of pure PTFE materials. It has ultra-strong chemical corrosion resistance, adapting to various harsh chemical industrial environments. The wide temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C ensures that the processed special-shaped parts can work stably in high and low temperature alternating environments. It has excellent electrical insulation performance, low friction coefficient and anti-aging performance, and the processed precision parts have stable use performance and long service life. Different from modified PTFE materials with filler affecting processing accuracy, pure PTFE machinable blocks have smooth processing surface and high dimensional accuracy.

In industrial precision processing and production, machinable PTFE molded blocks are often used with PTFE TUBE profiles to process customized non-standard PTFE components. They are widely used in precision instrument special-shaped insulation parts, chemical equipment customized anti-corrosion accessories, mechanical equipment precision sealing structural parts, medical equipment non-standard accessories and electronic equipment insulation connecting parts. The excellent machinability greatly improves the processing efficiency and product qualification rate of non-standard PTFE parts, and meets the personalized customization needs of industrial equipment.
