The overall structural rigidity is high, and the material has good cutting resistance and processing stability. During precision mechanical processing such as fine turning, milling, grooving and hole opening, the material will not have chipping, edge collapse, burr adhesion and elastic deformation, which can perfectly restore the processing size and shape, and meet the manufacturing requirements of various non-standard special-shaped PTFE parts.

The machinable molded block completely retains the excellent comprehensive performance of pure PTFE materials. The wide temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C ensures that the processed special-shaped parts can work stably in high and low temperature alternating environments. Different from modified PTFE materials with filler affecting processing accuracy, pure PTFE machinable blocks have smooth processing surface and high dimensional accuracy.
