Ultra-clean storage and transportation of semiconductor high-purity chemicals and process media are important links to ensure the stability of process medium purity. Storage tanks, transport vessels and turnover containers used to store and transport semiconductor etching solutions, cleaning agents and ultra-pure water are prone to metal ion precipitation, inner wall corrosion and impurity shedding, resulting in medium pollution and performance attenuation. Semiconductor-grade PTFE lining materials are made of ultra-high purity virgin PTFE, with ultra-smooth and dense non-porous structure. After precision lining processing, a complete and seamless protective layer is formed on the inner wall of metal and plastic vessels, completely isolating the contact between the vessel substrate and high-purity process media. It fundamentally solves the problems of substrate corrosion, metal ion precipitation and impurity shedding, and ensures that the purity of semiconductor chemicals and ultra-pure water will not be reduced during storage and transportation. They can stably store strong acid, strong alkali, oxidizing and organic process chemicals for a long time, without lining aging, deterioration and failure. The ultra-low adsorption performance of the PTFE surface ensures that no chemical residue remains on the inner wall of the vessel after medium discharge, avoiding cross-contamination of different batches of process media. Matched with PTFE TUBE connecting pipelines, it realizes closed-loop ultra-clean storage and transportation of process media.
In terms of environmental adaptability, semiconductor-grade PTFE liners have wide temperature resistance and aging resistance, adapting to the temperature change of factory storage environments and short-distance transportation environments. They can withstand repeated cleaning and disinfection of vessels, maintaining long-term complete lining performance and ultra-clean state. Compared with traditional rubber and plastic liners, PTFE liners have longer service life, no aging failure, and no secondary pollution risk, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of ultra-clean vessels.
