Semiconductor Grade PTFE Liners for Ultra-Clean Storage and Transport Vessels

Ultra-clean storage and transportation of semiconductor high-purity chemicals and process media are important links to ensure the stability of process medium purity. Storage tanks, transport vessels and turnover containers used to store and transport semiconductor etching solutions, cleaning agents and ultra-pure water are prone to metal ion precipitation, inner wall corrosion and impurity shedding, resulting in medium pollution and performance attenuation.
