With the rapid iteration of semiconductor manufacturing technology, chip processes have entered the sub-10nm advanced manufacturing node, and the industry's requirements for material ultra-cleanliness, low-outgassing, and anti-pollution performance have reached the atomic level. Traditional semiconductor auxiliary materials can no longer meet the ultra-high precision manufacturing requirements of advanced nodes due to trace impurity precipitation and micro-particle pollution. Advanced semiconductor-grade PTFE resins are newly developed high-purity polymer materials for sub-10nm chip manufacturing, which break through the performance limits of traditional PTFE materials and become the core raw material for advanced semiconductor manufacturing auxiliary components PTFE SHEET.
Advanced sub-10nm grade PTFE resins adopt ultra-pure polymerization and high-precision purification technology, with metal ion content controlled below ppb level, almost zero organic volatile residues, and zero micro-impurity particles. Compared with ordinary semiconductor-grade PTFE, the new resin further optimizes molecular uniformity and purity, eliminates trace structural defects and residual impurities in the material, and completely meets the ultra-strict material access standards of sub-10nm, 7nm and 5nm advanced chip production lines. It fundamentally avoids atomic-level pollution that may cause nanometer chip circuit failure.
The optimized resin has ultra-low outgassing and ultra-strong plasma resistance, adapting to the extreme process environments of advanced nodes such as ultra-high vacuum etching and atomic-level deposition. In ultra-fine circuit patterning and ultra-thin film growth processes, the resin material has no molecular decomposition and volatile precipitation, no plasma ablation particle generation, ensuring the atomic-level flatness and purity of wafer surfaces. Various high-precision auxiliary components processed from advanced resins, including PTFE TUBE, ultra-thin sheets and precision seals, fully cover the core process links of advanced node manufacturing.
In terms of mechanical and thermal performance, advanced PTFE semiconductor resins have better dimensional stability and thermal fatigue resistance. They can maintain ultra-high precision structural stability in repeated high-temperature and low-temperature alternating processes, without tiny deformation and displacement, ensuring the precision matching of advanced process equipment. The material’s super chemical inertness can resist the corrosion of new-generation high-precision etching and deposition process media, maintaining long-term stable performance in long-cycle advanced chip production.
Advanced PTFE semiconductor-grade resins have been successfully applied in the production of sub-10nm advanced process chips, effectively solving the ultra-clean material bottleneck of advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
