Fouling and scaling are common and stubborn problems in the operation of industrial heat exchangers. Impurities, mineral salts, organic sediments and particulate matter in industrial circulating water, chemical fluids and process media are easy to adhere to the inner wall of heat exchangers, forming hard scale layers and sticky dirt deposits. These attachments will increase thermal resistance, reduce heat transfer efficiency, cause pipeline blockage, and even lead to local overheating and equipment failure. Traditional metal heat exchangers and ordinary lining materials have rough surfaces and structural gaps, which are extremely prone to fouling accumulation. Seamless PTFE heat exchanger lining relies on ultra-smooth surface characteristics and integral seamless molding technology to effectively inhibit fouling and scaling, maintaining long-term efficient operation of heat exchange equipment PTFE SHEET.
The integral seamless molding process is the key to anti-scaling performance of PTFE lining. Traditional lining splicing and coating processes will produce assembly gaps, welding joints and surface depressions, which become gathering points for dirt and scale, making it easy for sediments to accumulate and expand. In long-term circulating heat exchange working conditions, traditional equipment needs regular chemical cleaning and manual descaling, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also causes corrosion damage to the equipment substrate and shortens the service life of the heat exchanger. Heat exchangers with seamless PTFE lining can maintain a clean inner wall for a long time, greatly reducing the frequency of cleaning and maintenance. Even if a small amount of sediment is temporarily attached, it can be quickly washed away by fluid scouring without forming hard scale deposits, ensuring that the heat exchanger always maintains a high heat transfer coefficient PTFE TUBE.
In addition to anti-fouling and anti-scaling advantages, seamless PTFE lining also has better anti-corrosion and structural stability than traditional splicing lining. The integral structure avoids local peeling and leakage caused by joint failure, and the tight bonding performance ensures that the lining will not fall off or bulge under fluid pressure and temperature changes. It is suitable for circulating water heat exchangers, chemical process heat exchangers, wastewater treatment heat exchange equipment and food processing heat exchange systems which are prone to scaling and fouling.
Engineering practice shows that seamless PTFE heat exchanger lining can reduce equipment scaling rate by more than 90%, extend the cleaning cycle of heat exchangers from several months to several years, greatly reduce enterprise maintenance costs and production shutdown losses, and effectively improve the continuous operation efficiency of industrial heat exchange systems.
