High-temperature and high-pressure industrial systems such as thermal power generation, high-pressure chemical reaction vessels, steam transmission pipelines, and petrochemical high-pressure process equipment put forward extremely strict requirements on the mechanical strength and structural stability of sealing gaskets. Ordinary pure PTFE gaskets have insufficient tensile strength and poor anti-creep performance under ultra-high temperature and pressure, prone to swelling, deformation and sealing failure. Reinforced PTFE gaskets are modified with high-strength reinforcement materials on the basis of pure PTFE, greatly improving high-temperature pressure resistance and structural stability, becoming the exclusive sealing solution for high-temperature and high-pressure industrial systems PTFE TUBE.
Reinforced PTFE gaskets adopt professional fiber reinforcement and composite molding technology, adding high-temperature resistant and high-strength inert reinforcing fibers inside high-purity PTFE matrix. The uniform distribution of reinforcing fibers forms a stable internal stress framework, which effectively restricts the thermal expansion and compression deformation of PTFE materials under extreme high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. While improving mechanical properties, reinforced PTFE gaskets fully retain the excellent chemical inertness and temperature resistance of PTFE base materials. The reinforcing materials are all high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant inert materials, which will not produce chemical reaction, decomposition or impurity precipitation in high-temperature corrosive environments. The gaskets can stably work under continuous high temperature of 260°C and ultra-high pressure working conditions, maintaining stable sealing performance without aging, cracking or medium leakage. Processed from high-density PTFE SHEET composite materials, the surface of the gasket is flat and smooth, with no fiber exposure, avoiding medium erosion and local structural damage.
In high-temperature and high-pressure cyclic working environments, industrial sealing gaskets need to withstand repeated temperature rise and fall and pressure impact, which is easy to cause material fatigue failure. Reinforced PTFE gaskets have excellent high-temperature fatigue resistance and pressure impact resistance. The internal composite structure can disperse local pressure and thermal stress, avoiding stress concentration and structural damage. After thousands of times of high-temperature and high-pressure cycle tests, the gaskets still maintain complete structural integrity and stable sealing performance, with no obvious performance attenuation.
Reinforced high-temperature and high-pressure resistant PTFE gaskets are widely used in thermal power boiler flanges, high-pressure chemical reaction kettle seals, petrochemical high-pressure pipeline flanges, high-temperature steam equipment connections, and new energy high-pressure process equipment sealing.
