PTFE sintering is a continuous and dynamic physical and chemical change process involving molecular fusion, recrystallization, structural densification, and stress release. Traditional sintering production relies on fixed empirical parameter settings and offline sampling detection, which cannot perceive real-time changes in temperature, internal structural state, and environmental parameters during the sintering cycle. Parameter deviation and abnormal sintering state cannot be found and corrected in time, resulting in unstable batch quality and occasional defective products. The real-time monitoring system also realizes dynamic recording and traceability of the entire sintering cycle data. All parameter changes from furnace loading, temperature rise, heat preservation, cooling to furnace unloading are automatically stored to form complete electronic process files, realizing full-cycle quality traceability of each batch of products. The built-in big data analysis module can summarize the correlation between parameter fluctuation and product quality, continuously optimize the sintering curve parameters, and realize iterative upgrading of the process. For abnormal sintering conditions, the system automatically records fault data and provides targeted optimization suggestions for subsequent production.
