PTFE Wire Insulation for High-Frequency and Data Cables

With the rapid development of 5G communication, industrial Internet, big data transmission and high-precision electronic technology, high-frequency signal transmission and high-speed data transmission have become the core of modern communication systems. Traditional wire insulation materials have high dielectric loss and unstable dielectric constant in high-frequency working conditions, which are easy to cause signal attenuation, data delay, transmission distortion and crosstalk interference, seriously affecting the efficiency and accuracy of high-speed data transmission. It has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, adapting to frequent bending and moving layout of communication wiring harnesses, and ensuring long-term stable transmission performance of data cables. Compared with traditional PE and PVC high-frequency cables, PTFE high-frequency cables have longer service life and more stable transmission effect.
