Industrial PTFE molded plates produced by conventional compression molding processes often retain residual internal stress after high-temperature sintering and cooling, which leads to common quality problems such as warping deformation, dimensional shrinkage, surface bending and structural cracking during subsequent processing and long-term service. The core production advantage of stress-relieved PTFE molded plates lies in the exclusive stress relief treatment process after integral compression molding. Conventional PTFE molded sheets cool rapidly after high-pressure sintering, resulting in inconsistent internal and external cooling speed, uneven molecular chain arrangement and accumulated residual stress. The stress-relieved products adopt gradient constant-temperature annealing treatment, which slowly adjusts the internal molecular structure of the PTFE material, rearranges disordered molecular chains, and completely releases the internal stress generated during molding and sintering. Its smooth and flat surface without internal stress ensures no warping or bending after cutting, drilling, milling and other mechanical processing, fully meeting the precision processing requirements of industrial parts.
In practical industrial supporting applications, stress-relieved PTFE molded plates are often used in conjunction with PTFE TUBE and other high-precision PTFE structural accessories to form high-stability industrial protection and assembly systems.
