PTFE high voltage insulation tubing has high mechanical toughness and ultra-low friction coefficient, which can resist long-term mechanical vibration and friction wear, prevent insulation layer damage and partial discharge faults. Industrial and aerospace-grade PTFE insulation tubing adopts precision extrusion and molding processes, with uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer walls, and no internal pores or defects, ensuring consistent electric field distribution and avoiding local insulation weakness. The material has excellent chemical inertness, resisting corrosion of industrial acid-base gas, oil stains and chemical solvents, and is not affected by industrial polluted environments. At the same time, PTFE tubing has flame retardant and high-temperature smoke-free characteristics, which can avoid fire hazards caused by insulation combustion when equipment fails, improving the safety level of aerospace and industrial power systems.
