PTFE Encapsulated Seals and Gaskets for Semiconductor Fabrication

Sealing systems are the basic guarantee for the tightness and stability of semiconductor fabrication equipment, widely used in vacuum chambers, fluid pipelines, reaction cavities, and precision equipment assembly interfaces. Traditional rubber seals and ordinary gaskets are prone to aging, swelling, deformation, and particle shedding under the combined action of semiconductor corrosive media, high temperature, and vacuum environment, resulting in equipment air leakage, liquid leakage, vacuum failure, and process pollution.
