Low-Particle PTFE Parts for Critical Semiconductor Equipment

Critical semiconductor equipment such as precision photolithography machines, plasma etching equipment, thin-film deposition systems, and wafer vacuum transfer robots have ultra-strict particle control standards, requiring all contact and structural parts to achieve near-zero particle release.
