Flexible PTFE Heat Exchanger Lining for Custom Tube Bundle Retrofits

Most industrial heat exchangers adopt complex tube bundle structures with dense pipelines, bent pipes and special-shaped pipe sections. For old equipment renovation and customized non-standard heat exchanger tube bundle upgrading, rigid anti-corrosion lining materials are difficult to adapt to complex tube bundle structures, prone to cracking, hollowing and incomplete coverage, resulting in poor renovation effect and high failure rate. Flexible PTFE heat exchanger lining has excellent bending flexibility and structural adaptability, which can perfectly fit various standard and non-standard tube bundle structures, and is very suitable for custom tube bundle retrofits and old equipment anti-corrosion renovation projects PTFE SHEET.

Different from rigid anti-corrosion materials such as hard plastic and ceramic lining, flexible PTFE lining has excellent ductility and bending performance, which can bend and deform synchronously with tube bundles, fully fitting straight pipes, bent pipes, U-shaped pipes and dense bundled pipe structures.
