Extruded PTFE tubing is manufactured through professional high-temperature extrusion molding technology, featuring uniform molecular density, compact internal structure, and consistent wall thickness accuracy, which endows it with far more excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance than ordinary molded plastic pipelines. The compact non-porous pipe wall completely isolates the erosion of various corrosive media, including strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvent, grease, corrosive gas and salt solution. No chemical reaction, dissolution or expansion occurs after long-term immersion and scouring, and the pipeline structure and transmission performance remain unchanged. The smooth and dense inner wall avoids medium permeation and residue accumulation, effectively preventing local chemical corrosion caused by medium retention, ensuring long-term stable chemical resistance of the pipeline.
