Ordinary PTFE lining has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-fouling performance, but its mechanical strength, compression resistance and wear resistance are limited. While improving mechanical strength, reinforced PTFE lining completely retains all excellent inherent properties of PTFE materials, including chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, non-stick anti-fouling and insulation performance. The reinforcement process does not introduce harmful impurities, does not reduce the anti-corrosion and temperature resistance performance, and realizes the perfect combination of high mechanical strength and high chemical stability. The bonding strength between the reinforced lining and the metal substrate is higher, which can resist thermal cycle changes and mechanical vibration without peeling and delamination.
