High-precision laser dimension measuring equipment and visual detection systems are used to monitor the dimensional changes and surface state of PTFE blanks during compression and sintering in real time. The system can accurately identify tiny dimensional deviation, surface bubbling, local deformation, and other subtle defects that are difficult to detect manually, and feed back the abnormal information to the control system in time for process adjustment, realizing early defect warning and zero-defect production control.

Data cloud monitoring and batch quality traceability system further improves the refined management level of the molding process. All real-time monitoring data of pressure, temperature, time, and product dimensions are uploaded to the cloud platform for real-time storage and analysis. The system automatically generates process parameter curves and product quality reports, realizing full-process traceability of each batch of products. Through big data statistical analysis, it can identify potential process fluctuation rules, predict possible quality risks, and provide data support for process iterative optimization and parameter upgrading.
