PTFE skived sheet anti-stick release film

Mold demolding, adhesive processing, composite material molding and resin curing production processes are highly dependent on high-performance release materials. Traditional release films such as PE release film, PET release film and silicone release film are prone to residual adhesion, release agent precipitation, high-temperature failure and surface contamination, resulting in defective products, increased cleaning costs and reduced production efficiency. PTFE skived sheet anti-stick release film is made of high-purity virgin PTFE resin through precision skiving technology, with permanent non-stick release performance, no precipitation and no residue, and has become the most reliable high-end release film material in precision industrial manufacturing PTFE SHEET.

The core advantage of PTFE skived anti-stick release film lies in its inherent permanent release performance, which is fundamentally different from coated release films that rely on surface release agent coating. The ultra-low surface tension formed by PTFE fluorocarbon molecular structure makes almost all viscous materials such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, adhesive glue, composite fiber slurry and food colloid unable to adhere to the surface. During the demolding and curing process, the product can be completely separated from the film surface without residual glue and surface adhesion marks, realizing zero-residue release. This professional release film has excellent high-temperature resistance and can adapt to various thermal curing and high-temperature molding processes. It can work stably at 260°C for a long time without thermal deformation, melting and aging failure, and the release performance will not decrease due to high-temperature baking. It has super chemical inertness, will not react with various chemical adhesives and curing agents, and will not be corroded and damaged by organic solvents. The precision skiving process ensures flat and smooth film surface, uniform thickness and no particle impurities, which can effectively improve the surface flatness and finish of molded products and avoid surface defects caused by film unevenness.
