Semiconductor-grade PTFE seals are made of 100% ultra-high purity virgin PTFE materials, without any fillers, plasticizers and harmful additives, fully meeting SEMI semiconductor material standards. The material has excellent compression resilience and dimensional stability, which can adapt to equipment vibration, temperature alternation and pressure fluctuation in semiconductor production, maintaining long-term stable sealing performance. Extreme chemical inertness enables PTFE semiconductor seals to adapt to the full-range process media of semiconductor systems. It is completely resistant to the corrosion of fluorine-containing etching gases, inert protective gases, strong acid and alkali process liquids, and organic solvents, without chemical deterioration and structural damage. In high-vacuum process environments, the material has extremely low gas permeability and ultra-low outgassing rate, which can effectively prevent external air infiltration and internal process gas leakage, and will not release volatile impurities to pollute the ultra-clean cavity environment. The matching use with high-purity PTFE TUBE pipelines realizes full-joint zero-leakage sealing of fluid and gas systems.
In terms of environmental adaptability, semiconductor-grade PTFE seals have wide temperature resistance range, maintaining stable sealing performance from ultra-low temperature cryogenic working conditions to 260°C high-temperature process environments. It can withstand repeated high-temperature sterilization and chemical cleaning, no hardening, brittleness and aging failure, greatly extending the service life of sealing components. Its ultra-clean performance ensures zero particle shedding and zero ion precipitation during operation, avoiding wafer and process environment pollution caused by sealing component failure.
