PTFE Industrial Grade Granules for Injection Molding Applications

Sep 02,2026

By:Amptfe

Injection molding is an efficient and mass production process for industrial plastic parts, which is widely used in the production of standardized industrial accessories, mechanical parts and equipment components. Traditional PTFE materials are mostly powder and solid profiles, which cannot adapt to high-efficiency injection molding production due to poor fluidity and processing performance. PTFE industrial-grade granules are specially modified pellet raw materials developed for injection molding processes, with excellent melt fluidity, uniform particle size and stable molding performance, realizing efficient mass production of high-performance PTFE industrial parts PTFE SHEET.

Industrial PTFE injection molding granules are processed by special granulation and modification technology, which solves the defect of poor fluidity of pure PTFE powder during melting. The uniform granular structure ensures stable feeding and uniform melting in injection molding equipment, no agglomeration and blockage, and can be quickly and evenly filled into the mold cavity, realizing one-time molding of complex-shaped industrial parts. Compared with traditional secondary processing of PTFE profiles, injection molding granular materials greatly improve production efficiency, reduce processing waste, and realize standardized and batch production of PTFE parts.

The modified industrial PTFE granules retain all the excellent core properties of PTFE materials after injection molding and curing, including chemical corrosion resistance, ultra-low friction, extreme temperature resistance and insulation stability. The molded parts have compact internal structure, uniform density and stable dimensional accuracy, no shrinkage deformation and structural defects. The products can work stably in high-temperature, low-temperature, corrosive and high-friction industrial environments, fully meeting the performance requirements of industrial mechanical accessories and sealing parts. Supporting finished PTFE TUBE products can be matched with injection-molded parts to form complete industrial component assemblies.

According to different industrial application needs, industrial PTFE injection molding granules can be added with wear-resistant fillers, anti-aging additives and reinforced materials to produce modified injection molding materials with targeted performance. Wear-resistant modified granules are used for the production of mechanical anti-friction parts, high-temperature resistant modified granules are suitable for high-temperature equipment accessories, and corrosion-resistant pure granules are applied to chemical industrial parts, realizing customized performance production of different industrial components.

Injection-molded PTFE industrial parts have wide application coverage, including mechanical sealing gaskets, valve core accessories, pipeline connecting parts, equipment insulation brackets, anti-friction bearings and industrial electrical insulation parts. The high-efficiency injection molding process reduces the production cost of high-performance PTFE parts, making high-quality PTFE materials widely used in ordinary industrial equipment and small and medium-sized mechanical facilities.

With the rapid development of industrial standardized production and automated processing, the demand for batch customized industrial plastic parts is increasing. PTFE industrial-grade injection molding granules break through the processing limitations of traditional PTFE materials, combine the excellent performance of PTFE with the high efficiency of injection molding technology, and provide a new high-efficiency and low-cost production scheme for modern industrial high-performance plastic parts, promoting the popularization and application of PTFE materials in the industrial field.
