High-temperature sterilization is an indispensable core process in modern food production, including raw material sterilization, finished product sterilization, and equipment high-temperature disinfection. The high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization environment puts forward extremely strict requirements on the high-temperature resistance, structural stability and safety of food contact materials. It can adapt to frequent temperature alternation from high-temperature sterilization to normal-temperature production, without thermal stress deformation and performance fatigue failure. The material has good chemical inertness, resisting the corrosion of high-temperature food media and high-temperature disinfectants, ensuring the long-term stable operation of sterilization equipment accessories. It effectively solves the industry pain point of short service life and frequent replacement of traditional food materials in high-temperature sterilization environments.
