Batch consistency of products is the core goal of industrialized PTFE paste extrusion production. Affected by raw material batch difference, parameter fluctuation, environmental temperature and equipment operation state, traditional manual extrusion production lines often have problems such as unstable product size, inconsistent density, fluctuating mechanical properties and uneven surface quality. Systematic and refined full-process process control is essential to realize stable and consistent output of PTFE paste extrusion production lines, ensure batch product consistency, and reduce production scrap rate PTFE SHEET.
Raw material homogenization control is the precondition of consistent extrusion output. PTFE resin particle size distribution and lubricant dispersion uniformity directly determine paste rheological stability. Before extrusion production, unified batching, full stirring and static aging treatment are required to ensure uniform dispersion of lubricants and consistent paste viscosity in each batch. Eliminate paste performance difference caused by raw material batch fluctuation, avoid extrusion state deviation of different batches of products, and lay a foundation for stable follow-up extrusion molding. Standardized raw material pretreatment process can effectively reduce initial process fluctuation and improve production line stability.
Real-time dynamic parameter closed-loop control is the core link of consistent output. Traditional fixed parameter production cannot adapt to the subtle changes of paste fluidity and equipment state in the production process, resulting in gradual product quality deviation. Modern intelligent extrusion production lines monitor key process data in real time, including extrusion pressure, ram speed, die temperature, product outer diameter and wall thickness. The system automatically adjusts ram speed and pressure parameters according to real-time detection data, dynamically balances material flow and extrusion state, and always maintains the optimal extrusion process state to ensure consistent product size and structural density in continuous production PTFE TUBE.
Stable environmental and equipment state control is an important auxiliary guarantee for consistent output. The viscosity and fluidity of PTFE paste are sensitive to ambient temperature and humidity. Extrusion workshops need to maintain constant temperature and humidity environment to avoid paste performance fluctuation caused by environmental changes. Regular equipment maintenance and die calibration are carried out to eliminate extrusion deviation caused by equipment wear and die concentricity error. Regular cleaning of die flow channels prevents material residue accumulation from affecting flow uniformity, ensuring long-term stable operation of the production line.
Post-extrusion standardized processing control further ensures final product consistency. Unified traction speed, drying temperature gradient and sintering process parameters are adopted for batch products to avoid performance difference caused by post-processing fluctuation. Comprehensive quality sampling and feedback mechanism are established to track product dimensional accuracy, density and mechanical performance data in real time, optimize process parameters iteratively, and form a closed-loop quality control system. Through full-process standardized and intelligent process control, the PTFE paste extrusion production line can realize long-term stable and consistent output, greatly improve product batch qualification rate and industrial production efficiency, and meet the high-standard batch production requirements of high-end PTFE extrusion products.
