This uniform molecular structure enables the material to maintain stable dielectric performance under different voltage and frequency conditions, without parameter deviation caused by structural differences. For high-precision signal cables that require strict impedance matching, consistent dielectric performance can effectively avoid signal reflection, distortion and attenuation, and greatly improve cable transmission accuracy PTFE TUBE.
Precision processing also improves the structural stability and batch consistency of PTFE cable fillers. Ordinary fillers have large batch differences, resulting in unstable electrical performance of finished cables. Precision-extruded PTFE fillers realize standardized and batch production, with consistent size, density and dielectric parameters of each batch of products, ensuring the uniformity of finished cable quality. At the same time, the smooth and flat surface of precision-molded fillers avoids local electric field concentration caused by surface burrs and depressions, further optimizing the cable’s overall electrical insulation performance.
