Low-Outgassing PTFE Electronics Grade for Aerospace Electronics

Aerospace electronic equipment works in extreme environments such as high vacuum, strong radiation, extreme temperature difference, and high-altitude low pressure, which puts forward ultra-strict requirements for material low-outgassing performance, radiation resistance, vacuum stability, and long-term reliability. Ordinary electronic materials will produce volatile gas precipitation and micro-particle shedding in high-vacuum aerospace environments, causing circuit pollution, lens fogging, and electronic component failure. Low-outgassing PTFE electronics grade materials are specially optimized for aerospace extreme working conditions, passing international aerospace low-outgassing standard tests, and are the core insulation and protection materials for aerospace electronic systems PTFE SHEET.

Low-outgassing performance is the most critical indicator of aerospace-grade electronic materials. In high-vacuum space environments, trace volatile substances of materials will separate out and adhere to precision electronic components, optical lenses, and circuit surfaces, resulting in equipment performance degradation and functional failure. Low-outgassing PTFE electronics grade adopts ultra-pure purification formula and vacuum degassing production process, which minimizes residual volatile substances in the material. The total mass loss (TML) and collected volatile condensable materials (CVCM) fully comply with NASA ASTM E595 aerospace standards, ensuring zero pollution and zero condensation precipitation in vacuum environments.

Aerospace electronics require materials to have extreme temperature adaptability and radiation resistance. Low-outgassing PTFE electronics grade materials can withstand extreme temperature changes from -200°C to 260°C in space environments, without thermal deformation and performance attenuation. At the same time, the material has excellent cosmic radiation resistance, resisting ultraviolet radiation, high-energy particle radiation and long-term vacuum erosion, maintaining stable electrical insulation and mechanical properties for a long time in orbital working environments.

High-purity PTFE TUBE is used for aerospace electronic wiring protection and precision pipeline insulation, avoiding gas precipitation pollution in vacuum pipeline systems. Low-outgassing PTFE sheets are used for aerospace circuit insulation, equipment sealing, and precision component protection, ensuring the long-term stable operation of satellite electronic systems, aerospace vehicle control circuits, and deep-space detection equipment.

In addition to low-outgassing and radiation resistance, aerospace-grade PTFE has excellent anti-aging and fatigue resistance. Aerospace electronic equipment needs to work stably in orbit for many years or even decades, and ordinary materials are prone to aging and failure. Low-outgassing PTFE electronics grade materials have permanent chemical inertness and structural stability, no aging failure in long-term vacuum and radiation environments, and greatly extend the service life of aerospace electronic equipment.
