Lightweight PTFE Insulation for Portable Radar System Designs

Portable radar systems are small, lightweight, and mobile radar equipment widely used in field detection, emergency rescue, portable security inspection, and mobile reconnaissance scenarios. Different from fixed large-scale radar, portable radar has extremely strict restrictions on equipment weight, volume, and portability, while requiring equipment to maintain stable detection performance in mobile and complex environments. In terms of long-term portable use reliability, lightweight PTFE insulation has excellent anti-aging and environmental adaptability. It has super hydrophobicity, dust resistance, and weather resistance, which can resist field humidity, dust, and ultraviolet radiation erosion, and will not have insulation failure and performance attenuation due to outdoor portable use. The material has long service life and low maintenance cost, which is very suitable for frequent mobile and field operation scenarios of portable radar.
