High-Performance PTFE Packing for Sealing Applications

Industrial sealing systems serve as the fundamental guarantee for the stable operation of mechanical equipment, fluid transmission pipelines and industrial processing devices. With the continuous upgrading of industrial production standards and the diversification of working conditions, traditional sealing packing made of cotton, asbestos, rubber and ordinary synthetic fibers can no longer meet the high-standard sealing requirements of modern industry. Compared with traditional packing, it can reduce equipment operating resistance and friction heat generation, avoid component wear and thermal aging failure, and realize energy-saving and efficient sealing operation. It will not harden and crack at low temperature, nor soften and deform at high temperature, which perfectly makes up for the temperature resistance defects of rubber and fiber packing materials. In addition, PTFE packing has excellent compression creep resistance and elastic recovery performance, and can maintain stable sealing pressure under long-term pressure and alternating load, avoiding gap leakage caused by permanent deformation of sealing materials.

High-performance PTFE packing is widely used in various core sealing scenarios, including industrial pump body sealing, valve rod sealing, pipeline flange sealing, mechanical dynamic and static sealing, and chemical equipment interface sealing.
