Safety-critical systems such as building fire protection electrical systems, aerospace equipment, new energy power systems, medical emergency equipment, and industrial safety control circuits have extremely stringent safety standards for wire insulation materials. High-purity PTFE SHEET raw materials ensure uniform flame-retardant performance of each section of the wire, without local flame-retardant failure, achieving full-line safety protection.
While having excellent flame-retardant safety, PTFE wire insulation retains all high-performance electrical insulation characteristics. It has high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, wide temperature resistance range and chemical corrosion resistance, which can maintain stable insulation performance in high-temperature, high-pressure and complex corrosive environments. It avoids the problem that traditional flame-retardant wires sacrifice electrical performance and service life for flame-retardant effect, realizing the integration of high safety and high stability of safety-critical systems.
