Compressive Creep and Recovery of PTFE Tubing in Sealing Applications

Pipeline sealing and equipment gap sealing systems need materials with stable compressive performance and excellent elastic recovery ability. Traditional sealing materials are prone to compressive creep deformation under long-term pressure, resulting in permanent deformation, insufficient sealing compression, medium leakage and sealing failure. Compressive creep refers to the permanent deformation of materials under long-term continuous pressure, which is the main cause of sealing failure of traditional polymer materials. Optimized PTFE tubing is processed by high-density compression molding technology, with compact internal molecular structure and strong anti-creep ability.
